How a Cura Retainer Works
1. Property Baseline Review
Every relationship begins with a full day at your property. We assess every system and element of fabric and produce your Cura Property Pack — a comprehensive record of your property at the point we take it on.
2. Regular Visits
We visit monthly or quarterly depending on your retainer level. Every visit is followed by a written report within 24 hours — clear, structured, and permanently filed in your Property Record.
3. Always Available
Between visits, report anything you notice through your Cura Care notes. We review every submission and respond the same day.
4. Your Property Record Grows
Every visit, every report, every recommendation, every contractor — all captured in your Cura Property Record. A living document that becomes more valuable with every passing year and travels with the property at sale.
